Costs of Service for - Avoiding Service:

ORAP/SDT, Summons & Complaint, TRO, etc.
First attempt: $45.00 plus .50 mi.
Second Attempt/Avoiding Service:
If I feel it can be served the second time (Avoiding Service):
Flat Fee $250.00.
If I feel it will be very hard to serve requiring surveillance:
$50.00hr. (minimum 4hrs) plus .50 mi.
