Regular process service is Flat Fee in Escondido of $50.00
For most other areas; $55.00 to $70.00.
For RUSH service add $20.00.
Add $10.00 for papers that require a Notarized proof of service.
We make up to six attempts at the address you provide. If for any reason the papers can't be served at this address, we will return a written report as to the reason for non service.
We prepare the proof of service and return it to you for filing.

All jobs Faxed/E-Mailed to us MUST be paid for prior to being completed.
